Welcome to a world where your body will be listened to. Bodies know what’s wrong and know how to heal the problems.  Sometimes, the healing seems tangential — a shoulder issue may cause foot pain, for example.  It’s amazing how everything is linked, and if we trust the process, our bodies will show us what to do.  Healing ultimately comes from within, not from without.
